Waterpump and 2 belts put on. Now speedometer and none of gauges work.

Hello, I would suspect some kind of a wiring issue based on your statement that fuses are all OK. Retrace your steps, check around the area work was performed. There is no direct correlation at all between the components you state you replaced and functionality of the gauges and speedometer. However, coincidences are certainly rare, so look for any obvious clues before diving deep into a diagnostic test...which is the next step.
