I pulled my motor because I that a crank bearings went out discovered it was the flex plate that was broke. Put it back in hooches everything back up. Then it went in to reduce engine power mode. I put a new throttle body and sensor on, a TAC module, and still saying the same thing. I could drive it around for a bit then it would go back into reduce engine power

Hello, although it's impossible to know without testing, it seems as if something may not be hooked up quite right as far as wiring or other components go. It's hard to say, but with the variable being that the engine was removed and installed, and this problem is now occurring - it seems to be related to the work done. Carefully review each step, each component, each wiring harness. Something is amiss.
In addition - pay particularly close attention to the throttle body wiring / connection and the wiring connector itself.
