Checked fuses etc to no avail

What kind of testing led you to replacing this part? Have you checked the bulbs and sockets? Checked for power at the sockets themselves when the switch is "on"? Have you checked the headlight switch and wiring connector? And yes, make sure fuses are not blown.

Using a 12 volt test light - Test for battery power on both sides of fuses - HEADLIGHTS MUST BE ON.. IF power present - problem is from that point out to lights - not back to the cab... (testing in under hood fuse box) - *TESTING* is the key to a successful repair! Good luck!
