When driving or siting still the vehicle makes a whinng noise.

What is your question?

My 1993 Chev Astro makes a whinning noise in the front I assume in the engine. I checked the power steering fluid and it was good. The sound gets louder as you give it gas. Even if your stopped and in park if you reve the engine the whinning gets louder the higher the RPM. Any Suggestions??
