Seems that battery keeps being drained due to an electrical short probably due to recent attempted roof top repair/replacement of parts that were reportedly damaged due to water getting in well for top. New battery did not help. Roof seals have now been replaced.

Hello, it's difficult, but there are likely roof and automotive trim shops near you -- you'll have to do some looking, or try a local mechanical repair shop for a great referral. Last, you could try your local Cadillac dealer -- they could help with repairs or refer you as well.
