How do you install a HTVE Actuvater under dash in car

Have you diagnosed the problem and confirmed failure of the actuator you are asking about? I'm not entirely sure what the HTVE actuator is -- temperature blend or mode door -- but all those motors require dash removal. This is not a do-it-yourself job.
