Car has a vibration / pull when coming to stop as well as it hesitates to go

Hello, Does it only hesitate when you are coming from a stop, or is it any time you wish to accelerate? Braking vibration is normally a warped brake rotor (disc), but can be attributed to other things as well. If there is rubbing from that side of the vehicle, you may have a very warped rotor which would cause a rhythmic rubbing noise (quiet, louder, quiet, louder) that increases and decreases speed with the speed of the vehicle. Otherwise, I would suspect you have a bad wheel bearing, which may contribute to your vibration issue as well.
