What is your question?
Hi, my car wouldn't start this morning saying the accessory active mode was on & car wouldn't even turn over. Could this be a battery issue? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I can certainly answer that one for you. I had the same problem and it was finally solved last week. It's your battery. At least it was for me. I had all the same symptoms you have experienced. I have a 2010 STS with a 4.6L V8 and when it first happened, I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, a co-worker happened to be leaving and gave me a jump. I went to the dealership and they did a load test. Found the battery to be fine. It was the original battery by the way. But 3 weeks ago, going to a class, hopped in the car, press the button, nothing. Received the accessory active indication along with the Navigation screen showing. I had to have the car towed to the dealership. Finally, they said the battery had had it. They replaced the battery and I'm good to go. So, if I were you, see if you can get your battery out. Go over to a Auto Zone or Pep Boys, etc. and have it thoroughly checked out. If this your original battery, then consider replacing it. You can tell if it's the original because the battery will say AC/Delco. Hope this helps.
