Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your STS has no power at all, even after trying to jump-start it, there are a few things you might want to check. First, ensure the battery terminals are clean and tightly connected, as loose or corroded connections can prevent power from reaching the car. Also, check the main fuses and relays, as a blown fuse or faulty relay can cut off power to the entire vehicle. Since you've recently replaced the alternator and battery, it's possible there might be an issue with the wiring or a ground connection. If everything seems in order and the car still has no power, it might be best to have a professional take a look to diagnose any underlying electrical issues. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
