What is your question?
On my Cadillac sts 4.6 V8 I have a no start but popping from fuel not being burned. My engine code is P0365 A fault in cam sensor bank 1 sensor B (exhaust) It's a 3 wire connector. I do have 12v on it but 0 v on the signal wire. I used an ohm meter to test signal wire to PCM pins. and I had OL on any pin. There are four cam sensors on this car. All other sensors had 12 v and signal voltage. I don't have a PCM Pinout identification diagram. So no way of knowing which pin is for the bank 1 exhaust sensor signal wire.

I cannot be sure your diagnostic theory is accurate, and wiring diagram information cannot be shared in this forum, as it's copyrighted material. Generally speaking, camshaft position codes are often generated from a no start caused by something else - not a failure of the sensor itself. I'd very much recommend a local shop near you that can help sort through this much easier than the educated guesses you are working with. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
