How to fix my air conditioning so my wife will be happy it should be cold air not hot in 90 degree weather

I have a Cadillac STS 2006 the AC started to work when it was charged three four weeks later and went to hot air. Checked it it was still full the compressor kicks off and on. I am my own mechanic I know how to put freon in read the gauges. But still the lines are warm or hot and the air in the car is hot. Somebody told me redo it I took all of it out and we started putting new in find out it won't take it is it says is this electrical or is it my compressor or can I be at a condenser thank you
