Why are the front turn signals and the DRL lights not working

This could be a few different things. However, I would start by checking the lights themselves, then the fuses. If both those items were found to be in good condition and otherwise functional then the issue is more than likely electrical is some form or fashion and would require time to test and inspect in order to diagnose and advise for repair.
