Which catalytic converter is Cat2 on a 2005 Cadillac STS V8

You'll want to replace them both at the same time if they are bad, but the scan tool doesn't know whether it is bad or not. The O2 sensors could have failed, the catalytic converter may have failed, you may have an extremly rich fuel/air mixture, etc... Test before you replace the converter.
