won't recognize vehicle is in park even though it is

What is your question?

When I shift my 2013 Cadillac SRX into park and shut it off, it is not recognized as off. I get a message that says, " shift vehicle into park", with the yellow light on making a beeping sound, even though the vehicle is already off. Also, when I'm driving the vehicle - the radio will shuts off for several seconds - even in my driveway where there is no interference.

What makes this problem better or worse?

The problem with the "shift into park" is happening more frequently - almost daily. As for the radio, that is happening more often as well.
