Why does cadi SRX horn beep a long, loud, solid beep randomly when parked?

Hi, for the past couple of months, about 1-2 times a week my 2013 Cadillac SRX will honk, a solid, loud, 30-second honk when parked? This happens at different times - when parked for several hours, sometimes as soon as I turn it off and usually after short drives. It can stop sooner than 30 seconds if I open the door. I have to start the car immediately after this happens and take it for a quick drive or my battery drains needing a jump. I've noticed it happens moreso when my battery voltage is greater than 14.0 when I turn the car off. I did buy car after front end damage and electrical had been repaired. I always have to watch that all of the lights in my car turn off when exiting vehicle. If a light does not turn off (usually on the dashboard) I am guaranteed to hear that horn (or have a dead battery) at some point within the following 10 hours. Please help!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse if lights on console will not turn off.
