I have a Cadillac SRX 2010 and my TMS light will not go out

My tire pressure light came on so I pulled in to gas station to check my tire pressure. I brought up the pressure of each tire on my dash panel and when a friend was adding air to one of my tires, my pressure was not changing, so I turned the car off and then back on. The pressure levels had not changed so I pushed a reset button and my horn started to blow, my lights started flashing, so I turned the car off. When I restarted the car, I now have dashes by each of my tires on my dash panel when viewing the pressure levels and my TPMS light will not go off.
