Driver side defroster not working and when thermostat is increased in temperatu

What is your question?

During the evening down here in Florida during the winter I am getting a bunch of moisture on the outside of my windshield. I turn on the defroster and it doesn’t work on driver side. If I increase the temperature on the thermostat I do not get any heat, turned up to 80 degrees and had cold air coming out of defroster and vents.

How long has your 2008 Cadillac SRX had this problem?

Make certain cooling system is FULL ! Observe engine temperature gauge - with engine fully warmed it should be at approximately 11:00 🕚 ... That is normal operating temperature. Otherwise *hands-on* evaluation by qualified personnel will be required. Good luck!
