Can’t get sun roof to close all the way after battery change

There is an "initialization process" in the shop manual that will reset the positions of the glass. There is a "teach" process to set the proper opening and closing. RE-SET required - I always used a scan tool however there is probably a manual procedure you can do yourself - see owner’s manual.
