it has plenty of fluid,when i turn it off in park and wait a few minutes and restart the car it will go until i stop again

ANY local shop you trust? "Plenty of fluid" doesn't really describe accurately if it is at the CORRECT level , just tells me that you don't think it's low on fluid. Sorry , don't know your experience level. Problem could be electrical OR it could be internal mechanical problem. Is it making any weird noises? How many miles on it and when (time/miles)was it last serviced?

it has 130,000 miles on it,I took off the pan and found alot of metal dust in it and in the screen,probley need another transmision or a converter,but thanks and no local shops i trust.
