The key wont turn and the shift won't get out of park?
Charged battery. Changed fuses.
Key does come out.
I think the security system locked it up. I would also like to know how to bypass that.

Turning the key is mechanical not electronic. The car will remain in park unless the key is turned. There can be a locking mechanism with the steering wheel. Does the steering wheel turn? If the wheel turns then possible key cylinder maybe broken.
