Im having problems finding low service port to add freon to charge AC.

I would strongly recommend having a qualified professional skilled and certified to handle refrigerants test and add refrigerant as needed. Air conditioning systems are not "consuming" refrigerant, and if you need any at all, you have an environmental responsibility to detect and repair the leak instead of allowing refrigerant to escape into the atmosphere.
