Why does my car just shut off while driving

I have changed the fuel pump and filters.while I'm driving the car just shuts off. All power and lights stay on.it takes about 5 minutes before I can start the car again....please help. What seems to make the problem better or worse? Worse when engine hits normal temp. How long have you had this problem? It's been 3 weeks now
