To much transmission fluid. Car will not move

Hello, certainly you should ensure the proper level of transmission fluid is in the transmission. But I definitely can't say that restoring the fluid to the proper level will result in the vehicle moving. There could definitely be other concerns - and even concerns related to the fluid being filled too high.
