dash vents and front window vents don't deliver air

the baffle doors are not directing the air to the right vents that could mean a worn door hinge or a vacuum leak your vent may have a default that refers to the floor if you have a leak. look under the hood at the firewall at the vacuum distribution tree and inspect the hoses for leaks.
