we can't get the waterpump out.We got the special tool to remove it and it won't budge.we used air rachet and it still won't budge.Please help!

when u put the piece on thr waterpump pull the pump backwards there a lip on the old pump
I had the same problem, you have to get it in a certain clock position before it will come out and. Also to install the new one. I found the info on the instructions that came with the new water pump, it's really simple once you get it in position.
