If you are speaking of powertrain control module -- fuel delivery is regulated by the module, but the fuel pump has power outside of the module. What is the symptom and concern you are having?
Hi Dave, I have a no start issue, tested relay, fuse, and inspected as much wiring I could access. Found no faults. Replaced fuel pump and in-line filter (as insurance), still no start. Checked for out -going power at relay, good. Checked for power at pump, no power. Used my Powerprobe to pump connection, and pump worked, engine started, removed Powerprobe, and pump then engine stopped. Sourced wiring schematic, found that it runs through PCM. I have looked for a way to check for output of power from PCM, and have not found any. Dealer was not helpful, OR NICE in quarry. Thanks, Pat
Seems like an immobilizer key concern. I would focus on checking that system.
