What is your question?
The following codes have been read from the computer...P0122, P0741, P0174 and P0300 while driving, the engine acts like it is misfiring, with a little hesitation when accelerating. A tune-up was done last year with plugs and wires. After getting the code P0122...throttle positioning sensor, it was replaced, but the above continues to happens. P0300...fuel to rich and not being burned correctly, may have to do with the ignition coils...yes? If so, do I need to change out all the coil packs or could it just be one that's gone bad?

Would advise trying to isolate the cylinder that is misfiring via scan tool if available. Replacing all coil packs may get expensive and may or may not fix issue. There are MANY variables, that can cause p0300. Timing could also cause it along with faulty ignition parts. . If you can isolate issue to 1 cylinder that would narrow things, down a bit. Maybe injector, compression issue.
I know I am late with the "Thank You"...but thanks for getting back to me and I did as suggested, using a scanner and then I went to the auto store and had it checked again. And it was just the one ignition coil pack that needed replacing. Thanks again!
