Am dealing with this same issued and found that there are two servos in the system, one to run the passenger side and one for the drivers. I just took this apart tonight, was not hard to do at all and now need to find the servo. Both parts are on the passenger side, one towards the floor area the other right behind the glove box and both have just two screws holding them in. mthorne1@kc.rr.com :)
