Runs roughly on the road

What is your question?

The car runs good but every once in a while it cuts out going down the road. Almost like it's flooding out! Changed plugs and it ran better for a while. Wondering if it could be an o2 sensor? It does smoke quite a bit.1993 Cadillac Fleetwood brougham.
