Hello, Like all the old (hard to call a 91 old) GM vehicles, when you start loosing air pressure at the vents, it is probably in the engine compartment. The seal around the evaporator housing, blower motor housing, etc has to be redone every once in a while, and it is just a type of caulking. It isn't as bad as it sounds, and you can address any cracks from the inside with any kind of polymer blended sealant. Totally doable in a weekend for cheap. While you have it off, get a flashlight in the passenger floor to see if you get light shooting out where the evaporator and blower and all that are mounted. That will let you know if there are leaks in the cabin to address. Then, look at the ducts. They were originally sealed with little foam rings that literally disappear over time.
