91 Cadillac Fleetwood fwd diagnostics code f31

What is your question?

I've gone through every diagnostic codes that was on my Fleetwood Data Center and replaced everything that I needed to have done but when I delete it and reset it my diagnostic codes I keep getting this one code F31 and I cannot figure out what it is can I get anybody to help me with this I will sure appreciate it the car is a 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 special front wheel drive 4.9 L engine V8 any suggestions on this will be very well appreciate it thank you
