I have new bulbs,new ballasts,and a new BCM in my 07 Escalade. My headlight go out and back on. Now my passenger side light is out and my driver's side is flickering. These parts are a few weeks new. What can be the problem?

Headlights won't stay on. When they are on they flicker. Now the passenger side is off and driver side flickers. I have new HID bulbs,new ballasts and new BCM installed 3 weeks ago.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only when we need the headlights
