Hello, to put the vehicle into low range, you'd have to be stopped, in Park or Neutral gear, and engage 4 wheel drive "low range". To turn low range off, stop, put the transmission in park or neutral, foot on the brake, and turn the switch back to 4 wheel drive high, or two wheel drive. If this doesn't work, testing will be needed to find out what is malfunctioning.
