cd player in dash will not eject

about 5 days ago i was listening to a cd turned of my car without ejecting the cd and when i turned my car on again the cd wouldn't play or eject this is the first time this happened. how can i fix this problem

The c/d player in your 2005 Cadillac Escalade will most likely need to be sent to a specialty shop for repair. If it is part of the radio, the complete unit will need to be sent.

go to best buy and get new radio 150 to 200 dollars easy fixed!!!
