My passenger side parking/tailight light does not work. The passenger side turn signal works, the passenger side brake light works, but when I turn on my headlights the passenger side parking/tailight does not work. please help??

Simple enough: It's a bulb. The "decoy" that fools you is that the brake and turn signal lighting function works. This is because each of your tail light bulbs has TWO filaments in there. One illuminates for the parking light alone, and the other for the brake light. They are of different strengths - the brake light more bold than the parking light. So - your parking filament of the bulb has broken. Replace the bulb and I believe you will be fine. Best of luck!
