Broken clip on back of seat

What is your question?

There is a sqaure clip in the center of the back of the 2nd row seats. It is supposed to hold up some panel, but the clip part broke off. How do you repair this??

Try getting a new clip from your Caddy dealer, then look at the new clip to figure out how it attaches to the seat.
