a/c hot on drivers side cold on pass. side after battery was replaced

What is your question?

a/c from time to time will blow hot(90++)but on one side only.This has happened mabye 3 times in 2 years and it has always just somehow fixed its self. This time it did it after changing out the battery and has been this way for a week.Tried pulling fuse holding down a/c button etc. Anyone have any more ideas before I get into the costly fixes? I would love any input!!!
