Repair work on the engine and now have a no crank but have power on ignition

I just replaced upper and lower intake gasket, spider injector seals, valve cover gaskets, tune up and oil pan gasket and now it won't turn over. I can jump the igntion switch and it will start but it won't start with the key and ignition switch, key switch, and key switch housing has been replaced but still won't start with key but everything comes on with the key......just won't turn over
