*ANYTIME* there is an electrical component active when connecting battery cable - the current draw creates the sparks .. Also note that any sparks in the vicinity of the battery can cause the battery to explode! Have 'qualified personnel' TEST the cooling fans circuitry to determine why fans are operating continuously.

We put obdII tool on it and got the 0480 code..and that's when i realized that relay was warm to the touch....so we're fixing to run up there and get a new cooling fan relay...and pray that fixes it.

We put obdII tool on it and got the 0480 code..and that's when i realized that relay was warm to the touch....so we're fixing to run up there and get a new cooling fan relay...and pray that fixes it.
