What is your question?
In the morning especially, as I maneuver my car to turn around and then to proceed up the street, I apply and release the brakes a few times. When I do it sounds like the pads are still partially rubbing against the rotor and not being fully released. The sound is similar to the creaking, pulsating sound made when letting the car creep a little with the break pedal only partially depressed. I only get this sound when I am maneuvering at slow speed such as parking.

This is due to cheap brake pads normally, but a proper brake inspection is require to make sure everything is okay. You are welcome to visit our website brakeplusinc.com
