Hello, it seems like testing of the cooling system is the first order of business. I would recommend spending time to check here before seeing if there are other drivability concerns. There could be a thermostat issue, a cooling fan issue, a flow issue, or another concern. If you resolve the overheating issue, it could very well solve other concerns. I'd recommend a shop near you with a skilled technician to have a look.
