Remove or Disconnect Negative battery cable. Partially drain coolant. Glove box unit and right-side lower sound insulator. Programmer and electrical connectors. Heater core cover. Inlet and outlet heater hoses from heater core. Heater retaining screws. Heater core. Install or Connect Heater core to heater case, securing with two screws. Inlet and outlet heater hoses to heater core. Heater core cover. Programmer and electrical connections. Refer to "Air Conditioning Programmer" in this section. Glove box unit and right-side lower sound insulator. Negative battery cable. Refill cooling system. Adjust Perform the Air Mix Valve Adjustment procedure. Roy
