rpcm replaced a year ago. runs fine in open loop . when closed loop starts pcm drives the ics back and forth erractily . Replaced the TPS,Ics , no codes obd1 . checked all pd's all within parameters. no high idle from vacuum leak . could it be egr ? could it be a defective pcm ? At a loss
