What is your question?
this is a 8 cylinder engine we replaced the spark plugs and the engine runs fine at first then starts running rough.you can then smell raw fuel when the engine is running, we have pulled the spark plugs back out and the front 4 plugs are soaked with gas but the back 4 plugs are fine, what could be causing this to happen? thank you.

It is possible you have no spark to the front 4 plugs witch points to coil packs, this usually sets the engine light on.Was the engine running better before the plug change,if so check all connections to the coil etc,and make sure no wires were put on the wrong plugs etc.If the engine light is on then you need to pull the codes and go from there .Hope this helped a bit.feel free to reply if need!
Reply - Anonymous, April 17, 2011, 18:30 Hi I need to know if the service engine light is on or comes on,if it does, you need to read the codes,I can give instructions for that later, reason is that if your coolant temp sensor is gone this causes your engine to dump too much gas at one time ,because the sensor is faulty the computer isn't receiving the signal that the engine is warmed up which is supposed to slow the fuel injector rate, these sensors are cheap but very important,it is located near or in the water neck usually at the highest point on the cooling system.hope this helps, don
