What is your question?
I bought a 1992 Cadillac Eldorado from a friend who had left it to rust because has no keys to the vehicle and the lock cylinder was removed so now you turn it with pliers and you have to press on with a switch that has been run to starter. Car will turn on and stays on but it sounds like its idling very high I can drive around the block but it struggles and feels like it had no power while attempting to drive up my ramps. The buttons controlling the air conditioning fans do not respond I also noticed the radiator fans do not engage I left it on about twenty minutes or so just to see if it would stay on or cut off and to check if it would leak any fluids and it over heated and the radiator cap released the pressure through the cap. In order to turn off the car you still need to turn the ignition area backwards like normal what is the best solution for my car
What makes this problem better or worse?
tampered vehicle anti-theft system no keys or lock cylinder
How long has your 1992 Cadillac Eldorado had this problem?
i bought the car this way

You have such a massive amount of modification and problems on a salvaged vehicle -- it's way too hard to guess at what might be happening sitting on my computer. You'll need to invest in that vehicle and locate a willing technician to take on your project. Best solution: Get a different car!
Im willing to put in the time energy as well as money i just need help understanding what needs to be bought and replaced bc as of now it turns over but will over heat as far as I can tell none of the cooling systems are engaging ?? No radiator fans nor interior blowing any kind of air Do I need to buy the cylinder and restore the vats to factory ?? Can I change a relay or install another independent switch for my radiator fans .... car has sentimental value as well as 18,000 miles original
