Excessive fuel going into cylinders

What is your question?

Vehicle started operating rough, feeling like bad injectors. Smell fuel. Fuel injectors changed and excessive fuel is being injected into cyclinders, so bad you really smell the fuel and smoke out the tailpipe on acceleration. Before changing injectors code "EO46" in history and in brief time traveling back engine service lamp was on. After sitting about 4 hours and restarting engine it was on briefly then went out. Vehicle has 107000 miles, 4.9 l engine.
