Why when I put the fuse in for the radio then the chimes are on constantly while I am moving How do I stop it

The chimes originate from the audio unit - sound wise. But they indicate a problem with driving the car that must be checked and resolved. Thinking of things that would cause a warning only when moving - brakes. Is the parking brake engaged? Is it showing engaged even if it's not? Is there any other warning light illuminated on the dash?
