Should there a light under the dashboard of a 2007 Cadillac DTS for lighting

What is your question?

I have no floor light to see the brake and gas paddles? I'm not sure if a bulb has blown. I remember there being one. I have a 2007 Cadillac DTS. I cannot see my feet at when the car is dark. its extremely dark on the floor.
