What is your question?
Many hands have been in this 2007 cadillac dts trying to get headlights to work , I was asked to do the job, I repllaced both ballasts to oem and installed new headlights, repaired wiring and removed all adapters that were rigged into wiring circuit. All lights work, however car would not crank and my meter was giving me all sorts of readings, I culdnt get group 79 battery to charge, bought a new one...no crank. One of the mechanics that had previously worked on the car mentioned f39, a resistor under backseat....I tested it and it is good, took it out and car cranked and ran perfect but will get a battery hot as Satans nuts and drain it.....if I put f39 in....car wont crank.....battery reading 14.3......how can a blower resistor stop a cadillac from cranking?
What makes this problem better or worse?
F39 resistor
How long has your 2007 Cadillac DTS had this problem?
