After washing the engine compartment,
and maybe just a coincident, however, the car is now overheating quickly!
And as the electric fans are working and coolant level is fine.

If fans are working, and coolant level is good, you may have a problem with circulation (Thermostat stuck / water pump bad / or Radiator clogged) You will have to check temperature in different locations to ensure you are getting proper circulation. Easiest way (without burning your hands) is to use a non contact thermostat to read temp.
